QUARTERLY PLANS

The BASIC Plan

$149 each quarter

Our Basic Plan focuses on maintaining your HVAC system for peak efficiency, which can extend its lifespan and help you save on energy costs. We ensure your system runs smoothly year-round with routine filter changes, drain line preventative maintenance and inspections, and condenser checks. This proactive maintenance approach helps prevent unexpected breakdowns, providing you with a more comfortable and energy-efficient home and the peace of mind that comes from knowing that one of your most essential systems is well cared for.

The PLUS Plan

$179 each quarter

Our Plus Plan offers all the benefits of the Basic Plan, plus additional services to keep your home safe, healthy, and efficient. We help prevent costly issues by regularly inspecting critical systems, such as smoke detectors, water heaters, and washing machine connections. This plan also includes pest prevention checks and appliance preventative maintenance to ensure your home runs smoothly, providing you with peace of mind year-round.​​

The PREMIUM Plan

$199 each quarter

Our Premium Plan offers the ultimate in-home maintenance and protection, covering all the benefits of the Basic and Plus Plans while providing extra care for your home’s exterior. From inspecting your foundation and roof to offering seasonal services like spraying wasp nests and insulating hose bibs, along with regular checks for rodent and termite intrusion, our Premium Plan provides comprehensive, worry-free care. Choose this plan for total peace of mind and year-round protection of your most valuable investment.

  • Change Air Filters. (2, 1-inch filters included)* (quarterly)

  • Check the attic AC drip pan for clogged drain lines to avoid water-damaged claims. (quarterly)

  • Check the outside AC condenser for dirty AC coil for optimal energy efficiency. (quarterly)

  • Add vinegar to the AC attic drain line to help prevent clogs. (semi-annual)

  • Change batteries to thermostats. Batteries included. (annual). 

  • As your home advocate, we are happy to address any concerns you have about your home.​​

  • Check exterior siding and caulking. (annual)

  • Disconnect hoses and install insulated foam covers. (annual)

  • Lubricate garage door chain, spring(s), and hinges. (annual)

The Dryer Vent Clean

$159 per clean

The AC Condenser Clean

$129 per unit

Regularly cleaning your AC condenser coil improves energy efficiency, enhances cooling performance, extends the life of your system, and reduces the risk of costly breakdowns. You'll enjoy lower utility bills, better indoor air quality, and consistent comfort throughout the year by preventing dirt buildup. 

Cleaning your AC condenser coil can improve system efficiency by up to 15-20%.

The Tenant Checkup

$99 per visit 

As a landlord, ensuring your property is well-maintained is crucial! Our Tenant Checkup Plan is designed to give you peace of mind before renewing a lease. With our thorough inspection, you can make informed decisions about your lease renewals, allowing you to protect your investment. Just because rent is paid on time, doesn't mean a tenant is taking care of your property.
