Hi, I'm Sean, founder of Quarterly Home Services.
After more than 20 years in residential real estate, I've seen firsthand how small, overlooked maintenance issues can turn into expensive repairs. I've also seen how challenging it can be for homeowners to keep up with everything their homes need, especially when life gets busy.
That's why I created Quarterly Home Services.
