Quarterly Home Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a service whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. Besides this, Quarterly Home Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated price of the concerned service, as the case may be. We may also update the prices of our services from time to time at our sole discretion.

Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellation: We have a quarterly subscription plan. Once you book your first service, we will schedule your next service each quarter. We will allow cancellation up to the prior day of any scheduled inspection. However, there will be no cancellations on the day of service. You can contact us at support@quarterlyhomeservices.com

- No Refunds: We have a strict no-refunds policy. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our services, you can contact us at support@quarterlyhomeservices.com to attempt to figure out a solution at our sole discretion.

Reservation of Right

- Quarterly Home Services, LLC has the sole discretion to cancel the service without refunds if you are uncooperative during the entire process.

- Without limiting the foregoing, Quarterly Home Services, LLC reserves the right to (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
