We offer inspection and preventative maintenance services for homeowners. However, we are not licensed in any of these areas, and our role is limited to providing a report on the cosmetic condition of your property (in PDF format). Our service addresses only those components and conditions that are present, visible, and accessible during the inspection. The attic is viewed only from the decked area. The roof is viewed solely from the ground using a drone with photo capabilities. Our inspection is restricted to the items noted as being ‘inspected.’ If any items are marked as deficient, we strongly recommend that you contact and consult a qualified tradesman for each such item. We do not inspect mechanical components of the following: appliances, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical items, without exception. Regarding our Dryer Vent Cleaning, We will clean out the duct starting at the wall of the home until the point we reach the exterior vent. We do not clean any portion of the dryer duct or the dryer itself as this is the responsibility of the homeowner/tenant. If the exterior vent is clogged, we recommend calling a professional duct cleaner who can access the roof to clean it out.

We offer subscription plans. Once you book your first service, we will put you on a quarterly service plan. We will allow cancellations up to the prior day of any scheduled service. However, no cancellations will be permitted on the same day of any service. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more information.

The site, its content, and our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, and Quarterly Home Services (and our licensors and affiliates) expressly disclaims any and all guarantees, warranties, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including all warranties or conditions of quality, financial gain, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement of the same and of the suggestions provided or techniques shown when you are using our services. We make no warranty that the site or our services will meet your expectations, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or be accurate, reliable, complete, or legal.

We might engage third-party contractors to perform the services on our behalf. These third parties are not entirely under our control, and we are not liable for their actions and conduct. The homeowner and tenant(s) are solely responsible for all the belongings in the home being serviced.

Under no circumstance will we be liable to a homeowner or tenant(s) for any lost profits, financial loss, cost of using a substitute service, lost information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these terms or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
