ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS AND SECURITY
Account Registration: To access various parts of the Website and to use multiple services of Quarterly Home Services, LLC, you might be required to register and create an account with us. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You will create a password and an account as part of the registration process.

Service
We provide inspection and preventative maintenance services for homeowners and landlords who own residential real estate properties. Please note that we are not licensed in any of the fields described in our service, and our job is limited to providing a report on the cosmetic condition of your property (in PDF form). Please read our detailed Disclaimer posted on our Site before booking our services. We offer a quarterly service plan. Once you book your first service, we will schedule your next service 3 months from the date we completed the first service with a possible variance of 1-5 days from the 90 days we initially completed the previous service. We will allow cancellations up to the prior day of any scheduled inspection. However, there will be no cancellations on the same day of service. There are no refunds. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more information.
We offer preventative maintenance and inspect the following items for a fee per visit and under three quarterly plans:

Additional Services
In addition to our standard maintenance packages, Quarterly Home Services, LLC offers the following optional services for an additional fee. By requesting any additional services, the client agrees to the terms outlined above and the general terms of service for Quarterly Home Services, LLC.

1. Dryer Vent Cleaning: Our dryer vent cleaning service removes lint and debris buildup from the dryer vent line which start at the driver vent connection to your dryer located at the wall and goes until termination of the top of the vent. We do not get on your roof and will use a wet dry vacuum and a dryer vent cleaning kit to disturb and remove as much lint as the kit can remove as intended. Some lint may remain. We do not clean your dryer of any lint build up as this is the responsibility of the homeowner / tenant. We recommend this to be done on an annual basis for optimal safety and performance.

2. AC Condenser Coil Cleaning: We perform a detailed cleaning of the outdoor AC condenser coil to ensure proper airflow, improve energy efficiency, and extend the life of your HVAC system. We will clean out debris from the bottom of the interior of the unit and apply a cleaner to the condenser coils and spray the condenser with a light water spray to remove the dirt and debris from the coils. We have to remove the breaker at the AC Condenser for safety purposes for our employee during the cleaning. Your AC will not be able to be operated during the cleaning process. Th is service is recommended once or twice a year depending on how dirty the unit(s) get.

3. The Tenant Check-Up Service: Designed for landlords and property managers, this service includes a detailed inspection of the rental property to assess tenant care and property condition. The inspection covers all interior rooms, exterior areas, and visible signs of damage, along with the checks for unauthorized pets or smoking. A comprehensive report with photos will be provided to the property owner.

Scheduling and Payment
These services can be scheduled as a standalone visit or added to a scheduled quarterly maintenance visit. Payment is due opon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will send an invoice to the email on record for payment.

Service Limitations
Quarterly Home Services, LLC reserves the right ot refuse additional services if conditions are unsafe or if proper access is not provided. Results and effectiveness may vary based on the current condition of the equipment and property.

Ownership Rights
This Website, its logos, content, designs, trade dress, trade name, and all of our services shall remain the sole property of Quarterly Home Services, LLC and its licensors, as the case may be. Your use of or access to this Website or use of our services shall not transfer or assign to you any ownership or other proprietary rights in or to this Website, services, content, or designs published by us or our licensors or third parties. This Website and the Content, including the trademark, logo, copyright, design, layout, typography, underlying HTML, Java scripts, text, audio clips, video clips, and graphics, and in the expression of the information contained herein, whether as a compilation or otherwise is protected by relevant Intellectual Property laws, rules and regulations. Orders, Payments and Taxes
All orders are subject to acceptance, and you agree to pay for the services you purchase on our Website. You authorize us or our third-party payment service providers to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for that payment. You shall be responsible for bearing all the applicable taxes and duties (wherever applicable). We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products and services or discontinue any services without prior notice. We have subscription plans. Once you book your first service, you will receive an automatic payment deduction for all subsequent inspections. We will allow cancellations up to the prior day of any scheduled inspection. Refunds
No refunds. We have a strict no-refund policy. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our services, you can contact us at support@quarterlyhomeservices.com to attempt to figure out a solution at our sole discretion. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Quarterly Home Services, LLC (or our licensors or affiliates) be liable to you or any third party for any lost profits, lost data, costs of procurement of substitute services, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to these terms or your use of, or inability to use or purchase from, the Site, even if Quarterly Home Services, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. No Third-Party Beneficiaries: Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms & Conditions.

No Assignment: You may not assign these Terms & Conditions (or any rights, benefits, or obligations hereunder) by operation of law or otherwise without the prior written consent of Rent House Services, which may be withheld at Rent House Services’s sole discretion. Any attempted assignment that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions shall be null and void.

Entire Agreement: The Terms, Disclaimer, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, together with any additional terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein, constitute the entire Agreement between Quarterly Home Services, LLC and you, relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understanding or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on our Website.

Force Majeure: Quarterly Home Services, LLC and its third-party delivery service providers will be excused from performance for any period during which, and to the extent that, such party or any subcontractor is prevented from performing any obligation or service, in whole or in part, as a result of causes beyond its reasonable control, and without its fault or negligence, including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of terrorism or war, epidemics, communication line failures, power failures and government-imposed lockdowns or similar restrictions.
